Hi again, I’m Grace, a lover of sustenance. I make food, take photos of food, dream about food, and eat food(duh). I enjoy making food experiments for those around me and trying out new and interesting foods. The most adventurous item I’ve consumed to date was when my best friend made me try sea cucumber (It made me gag immediately). I’ll try almost anything so long as it’s not a visible insect. I hate insects.
I’m always looking for ways to make recipes a little healthier. You can expect a wide array of savory foods from different cultures. But the one thing I do not “skimp out” on is dessert. Desserts are me time. I’ve eaten an entire 8×8 pan of brownies in one sitting. I once made and ate two pounds of mango ice cream in a day. But you know what they say: life is all about balance.
From my New England kitchen to yours, I hope you find some inspiration here. Since I find it hard to think of relevant stories for all my kitchen adventures, you won’t see a lengthy post with my recipes. I am not a writer—I am a food-explorer. I hope you’ll come and explore with me.
Here’s to the short and sweet things in life.
Grace
