This very easy three ingredient mango smoothie is an absolute delight any time of day. They also remind me of the mango “lassi” served at most Indian restaurants.

Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes (~4.5 cups)
1 cup full fat regular yogurt
2 tsp honey
2 threads saffron**
1/4 tsp cardamom powder**
** Add for Indian mango lassi flavor
Directions:
Add mangoes, yogurt, and honey to a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes. Add in saffron/cardamom if you so desire. Blend again for 20 seconds. Serve over ice or dilute it with some water to reduce thickness. I like my smoothies thick so I leave it as is.
